We are looking for an experienced AEM DAM Technical Lead with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Assets/DAM and AEM as a Cloud Service.
The role will lead production support, solution design, enhancements, and delivery for enterprise AEM DAM platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with business, marketing, product, and technology stakeholders to ensure platform stability, service quality, continuous improvement, and successful delivery across distributed teams.

- Metadata Schema, Taxonomy, Tagging, and Asset Lifecycle Management
- AEM Workflows, Dynamic Media/Scene7, and DAM integrations/APIs
- L2/L3 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and SLA management
- Client-facing technical leadership and stakeholder management
- Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, release planning, and backlog prioritization
- Adobe Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD, performance monitoring, and security analysis
- Distributed team leadership, mentoring, and offshore delivery coordination
- Exposure to AI/GenAI enablement within digital experience and DAM platforms
- Availability to support US business hours with overlap across European time zones
