MHIRJ is the combination of two significant legacies: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and the CRJ Series program. We provide comprehensive solutions in operations, engineering, and customer support, including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, as well as marketing and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry. We are seeking a Senior Contracts Negotiator to join our team!

Position Summary

The Customer Account Coordinator (CAM) is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role coordinates with internal teams to support customer requirements, manage orders and contractual commitments, communicate delivery updates, and resolve issues proactively.

The chosen person will also lead customer meetings, monitors account performance, supports sales initiatives, and helps develop customer service capabilities to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

In your role, you will:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day account activities, fostering strong customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and potential risks proactively to customers.
Support the International and Domestic sales teams as they meet with prospects and customers.
Liaise with all internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, Procurement, Engineering, Program Management, Estimation and Finance, Legal, Contract Management and Sales to ensure that all parts specifications and services are consistent with our business strategy while ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded.
Lead and support the development, training, and coaching of CSRs to enhance customer service performance, strengthen account management capabilities, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence.
Participate in and lead Customer Meetings
Produce weekly and monthly Governance to monitor overall performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and increase customer satisfaction.
Provide strategic leadership with respect to order book management.
Answer customer call, Participate in and lead Customer Meetings
Understand and Ensure Customer contractual commitments are being met.

Key qualifications:

As our ideal candidate,

5 years of experience in an aerospace environment, preferably in customer support
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, SAP, PSD, MACPAC, Documentum,
Excellent written and verbal communication. Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory.
Marketing or Business degree, or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing Aviation Support Operational role.
Experience in interfacing with various internal agencies, such as ML, ISE, CM, Finance etc.
Effective and Skilled communicator.
The candidate is a team player with strong communication (verbal and written), leadership and entrepreneurship skills:
An understanding of commercial aircraft aftermarkets and business processes is considered an asset.
Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Access.
Must be available to work a flexible daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, including statutory holidays

Le\La Coordonnateur(trice) – Comptes Clients (CAM) agit comme principal point de contact auprès des clients. Il\Elle est responsable de la gestion de comptes stratégiques, du maintien de relations avec la clientèle et de l’assurance d’un haut niveau de satisfaction client. Le titulaire du poste collabore étroitement avec les différentes équipes internes afin de répondre aux besoins des clients, de gérer les commandes et les obligations contractuelles, faire les mises à jour relatives aux livraisons et de résoudre les enjeux rencontrés.

Il\Elle dirige également les rencontres avec les clients, surveille la performance des comptes, soutient les initiatives de vente et contribue au développement des capacités du service à la clientèle afin de favoriser l’excellence opérationnelle et l’amélioration continue.

Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appelé à :

Faire la gestion du déroulement des opérations d'une équipe Services comptes clients en conformité avec les politiques, les procédures et les processus normalisés de la compagnie.
S'assurer de fournir le soutien administratif pertinent à tous les clients, avec accent spécial sur tous les aspects de traitement des commandes, y compris : devis, MRA, problèmes concernant les comptes clients et leadership stratégique en matière de gestion du carnet de commandes (interface avec Logistique des matières).
S'impliquer dans un contact proactif avec le client, faire attention et se préoccuper des opérations du client.
Être une liaison efficace entre le groupe Service à la clientèle et toutes les autres fonctions internes afin de simplifier les processus de travail et accroître l'efficacité de la communication.
Encadrer les représentants du service à la clientèle, leur montrer les bonnes pratiques et leurs fournir orientation.
Participer et mener les réunions avec les clients.
Assurer la gouvernance hebdomadaire et mensuelle afin de mesurer la performance générale.
Répondre aux appels des clients.
Fournir le leadership stratégique en matière de gestion du carnet de commandes.
Comprendre et s'assurer de réaliser les engagements contractuels avec le client.

Compétences clés :

5 années d'expérience dans un environnement aéronautique, de préférence dans le domaine du soutien à la clientèle.
Bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office, SAP, PSD, MacPac, Documentum, eRoom.
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
Diplôme en marketing ou affaires ou une expérience de travail équivalente dans un rôle fonctionnel de soutien à l'aviation, en contact avec la clientèle.
Expérience à traiter avec les diverses fonctions internes, comme Logistique des Matières, Ingénierie, Avions en services, Finances, etc.
Communication efficace
Le candidat est un joueur d’équipe avec de solides compétences en communication (verbale et écrite), en leadership et en entrepreneuriat
La compréhension du marché des pièces de rechange et des processus pour les avions d'affaires serait considérée un atout.
Le candidat devra avoir une connaissance pratique de MS Excel, PowerPoint et Access.
Doit être disponible pour travailler selon un horaire de jour flexible, du lundi au vendredi, y compris les jours fériés
