Together, these brands represent MHRA’s vision to develop diverse, scalable restaurant concepts while maintaining the unique identity and experience of each brand.

Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Lead weekly construction meetings to review project status, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation plans.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing delays, cost overruns, and construction challenges.
Ensure all work, materials, finishes, and equipment meet brand standards and construction specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.

Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage project budgets, schedules, and risks.
