As an Assistant Project Manager in the property industry, you will play a key role in coordinating construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. You will collaborate closely with teams to oversee project progress and maintain quality standards.

Client Details

Toronto-based real estate investment trust focused on acquiring, developing, owning and managing high-quality industrial properties across North America and Europe. Its portfolio currently includes 145 properties totaling approximately 61.5 million sq. ft., with a strong focus on major distribution and e-commerce markets.

Description

Assist in planning and managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Review and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Prepare project reports and documentation for management review.
Identify and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner.
Support procurement activities, including sourcing and managing materials and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and deliver successful project outcomes.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
