As a Guidewire Development Manager in the insurance industry, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Guidewire solutions to support business operations. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Description

Lead and manage a team of developers working on Guidewire solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize system performance and reliability.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidewire with other systems and platforms.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any risks or issues proactively.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements to existing systems.
