Description
- Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
- Identify opportunities to optimize project processes and outcomes.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in managing full cycle new build institutional construction projects
- Hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
