The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, identifying and attracting top talent for a specific discipline. The role is a specialist one, and will be sat within a team, working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

This role is internal with Michael Page in NYC. Founded in 1976 in London, Michael Page is a household name when it comes to agency recruitment. Fast forward to today, and we have multiple offices in the US, with NYC serving as the North American HQ. This is a recruitment role (no sales/BD required) and we are looking for a sharp, motivated recruiter to join the team. 3 days/week in office in midtown west required.
Description
- Source, attract, and screen candidates using internal database, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines
- Provide guidance to candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Profile
A successful Recruiter should have:
- Experience in a recruitment role in a corporate setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
