Senior Yardi System Administrator

The Senior Yardi System Administrator will provide technical and business support for Chartwell's ERP applications, with a strong focus on Yardi Maintenance IQ, system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and process optimization. This role partners closely with Care, Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to enhance system performance, support ERP initiatives, and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.

Description

• Provide technical help, support, and management of the incident and request workflow for all ERP systems, ensuring best practices are being followed.
• Review, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate system errors and issues to the system vendor when necessary.
• Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
• Support the organization's Yardi Elevate roadmap by contributing to the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Voyager 8 modules and associated platform capabilities.
• Follow strict adherence to documentation standards for all incidents.
• Follow strict adherence to all IT general controls, supporting compliance reporting and directly participating in a disciplined incident management framework.
• Follow IT Service Management and Asset Management best practices, following operating procedures, adhering to standards of quality (process and product)
• Develop SOP's and documentation and ensure existing documentation is up to date and organized.
• Participate in rotational standby/on-call duties as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where automation, workflow improvements, and system capabilities can be leveraged to streamline, simplify, and improve operational processes and user experience.
• Provide guidance and assistance to System Administrators, ERP.

Profile

• 5+ years progressive Information Systems experience working with Yardi ERP implementations and support.
• 5+ Years of experience in the seniors housing, health care or real estate sector and/or multi-site enterprise is considered an asset.
• Full cycle accounting experience is considered and asset.
• A working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management processes is considered and asset.
• College or University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Administration or equivalent.
• ITIL certification or applied knowledge is considered an asset.
• Proven knowledge in SQL scripting.
