Through deep technical expertise and differentiated go-to-market execution, we win competitively, capture market share, and scale repeatable growth motions. We differentiate through value creation - delivering world-class, AI-powered customer experiences that accelerate adoption, strengthen loyalty, and create sustainable competitive advantage, driving growth that outpaces the market.

As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will help customers turn their Microsoft cloud and AI investments into measurable business outcomes. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your business and technical acumen, develop strong customer success and delivery-management skills, and grow your ability to lead through influence across customer, partner, and Microsoft teams. You partner with customers and Microsoft teams to align priorities, develop Customer Success Plans, coordinate delivery activities, and drive value realization across Microsoft investments. Using your judgement within a defined scope, you identify risks, support resolution efforts, and help ensure customers remain on track to achieve their goals. You will collaborate across Microsoft, partners, and Success Management Services to deliver a connected customer experience while continuing to deepen your business, technical, and customer success expertise.

Orchestrate Success Management Services delivery, including Success Programs, governance reviews, and customer engagements that help realize value from Microsoft investments.
Identify customer risks, opportunities, and adoption blockers, proactively driving resolution plans and escalating complex issues when appropriate.
Continuously strengthen business, industry, and technology expertise while expanding your ability to deliver measurable customer outcomes and value realization.
