Through deep technical expertise and differentiated go-to-market execution, we win competitively, capture market share, and scale repeatable growth motions. We differentiate through value creation - delivering world-class, AI-powered customer experiences that accelerate adoption, strengthen loyalty, and create sustainable competitive advantage, driving growth that outpaces the market.

Are you passionate about helping customers accelerate business transformation through technology, cloud, and AI? Do you thrive in complex environments that require leadership, orchestration, and customer advocacy?

Responsibilities

Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and Microsoft teams, helping align technology investments to strategic business priorities and outcomes.
Lead stakeholder and priority alignment efforts across customer organizations, establishing shared objectives, success measures, and governance approaches.

Orchestrate cross-functional execution that strengthens customer health, accelerates cloud adoption, and advances AI transformation across customer environments.
Leverage Success Management Services, Success Programs, and broader Microsoft resources to drive scaled execution, value realization, and customer success outcomes.
Proactively manage customer risks, adoption challenges, and delivery dependencies, guiding stakeholders toward resolution and long-term success.
Serve as a customer advocate and customer success leader, continuously improving execution effectiveness and helping customers realize durable business value from Microsoft investments.
