As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead strategic engagements with enterprise customers across a diverse, multi-industry portfolio - driving transformation across AI, Copilot, Security, and Cloud platforms. Customer Engagement & Strategy

Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior business and technology decision makers

Lead account strategy aligned to customer priorities and long-term transformation goals

Engage in executive-level conversations on AI, Copilot, Security, and innovation

Position Microsoft as a strategic, long-term partner

Business Growth & Opportunity Development

Drive growth by identifying and advancing new opportunities while expanding existing relationships

Deliver customer value through Microsoft’s solutions across the full customer lifecycle

Support customers in realizing business outcomes through adoption of cloud and AI solutions

Collaboration & Orchestration

Work across a broad, cross-functional team of sales, technical, and partner resources

Align the right capabilities to support customer priorities and accelerate progress

Contribute to a strong team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and shared success

Customer Impact & Value Creation

Develop and deliver compelling business value discussions and proposals

Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies

Help customers navigate change and realize value from digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 2+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education) and/or driving digital transformation OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in a relevant industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 6+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience.
3+ years account management experience OR equivalent.
Understanding of cloud, AI, security, or digital transformation technologies
Experience working with large enterprise or multi-industry customers
Ability to work effectively across teams and influence without authority
Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset

Account Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $103,500 - CAD $170,700 per year.
