The ideal candidate understands how buildings are actually constructed and can identify potential costs, risks and opportunities before a project is awarded.
THE ROLE
As a Commercial Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and our construction team to develop complete project pricing and successful bids.

THE RIGHT PERSON
We’re looking for someone who understands construction, not just spreadsheets.
You should be able to look at a set of drawings and understand how the project will actually come together in the field. You take pride in accurate numbers, know when something doesn’t look right, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and get the information needed to build a better estimate.
If you are an experienced estimator who wants to be part of a growing construction company where your experience and input are valued, we want to hear from you.
