Support the transition from deployment to steady-state operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality task execution
Participate in on-call rotation supporting 24x7 operations

Required Skills

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are required for coordination with cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with data center hardware installation and structured cabling
Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware (switches, routers, cabling)
Familiarity with network device CLI (Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Dell)
Experience working within structured operational processes (SOPs, ticketing systems)
Familiarity with ITSM/DCIM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow technical documentation and procedures accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and processes

Physical & Operational Requirements:
