Knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and best practices in maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient restaurant environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and interact professionally with guests and partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing business needs and peak service periods.
