Must have strong enterprise production and middleware support experience with hands-on expertise in API Management platforms, REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, and authentication workflows. Requires deep technical knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates, mTLS, and keystores/truststores, paired with robust observability skills using Splunk for log analysis and Dynatrace for performance monitoring and alerting. Proven ability to handle structured incident management, document runbooks and operational procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot connectivity, availability, and configuration issues across production and non-production environments.

Responsibilities
