Duties and Responsibilities
Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their interests and needs.
- Operate the POS system and accurately process customer transactions.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Develop knowledge of the store’s products, including games, toys, puzzles, collectibles, and pop-culture merchandise.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide relevant product information.
- Support the team in meeting store sales goals.
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and general store operations.
- Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
- Perform other store-related duties as assigned.
$17.60 per hour
Qualifications And Skills
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion or knowledge of pop culture, games, toys, collectibles, and board games is an asset.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Flexible availability during the seasonal period, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers, answer questions, recommend products, and process transactions accurately using the POS system. Restock and merchandise products, maintain an organized store, support sales goals and inventory, and assist with store operations and opening or closing duties.
Requirements
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset, along with strong customer service and communication skills, dependability, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Interest or knowledge in games, toys, collectibles, and pop culture is an asset; candidates must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work flexible seasonal shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
