We help customers discover products that bring their hobbies and interests to life.</p><p>We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates to join our White Oaks Mall team during the holiday season.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.</p></li><li><p>Learn about our products and recommend games, toys, puzzles, and collectibles based on customers&rsquo; interests.</p></li><li><p>Support store sales goals through product knowledge and engaging customer interactions.</p></li><li><p>Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.</p></li><li><p>Receive, unpack, price, and replenish merchandise.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clean, organized shelves and attractive product displays.</p></li><li><p>Assist with inventory counts and follow loss prevention procedures.</p></li><li><p>Work collaboratively with the store team and follow company policies.</p></li><li><p>Support other store duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.</p></li><li><p>An interest in board games, toys, puzzles, or collectibles.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.</p></li><li><p>Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform the duties of the role, including moving merchandise, with accommodation where required.</p></li></ul><h3>Equal Opportunity and Accommodation</h3><p>Mind Games is an equal opportunity employer.
