Role : Corporate Real Estate Manager
Duration : 12 Months
Location : Toronto, ON (Need to go 3-4 days in week)
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
At least 7 years of Corporate Real Estate, Supplier Management and/or Contract Management experience
Excellent project management skills
Superior Relationship Management skills
Superior Negotiation and Influencing decisions skills
Proficiency in writing and reviewing contract Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen
