Original job description

Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

Duration: Full time / Permanent

Location: Woodbridge, ON (Hybrid)

Role Qualifications:

5-10 years’ work experience in Project Coordination or Project Management in the technology field
CAPM, PMP certification is an asset.
Strong knowledge regarding IT Infrastructure
Previous experience on Storage and Backup Solutions required.
Project Management course experience
Remarkable customer service skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project effectively.
Experience with NetSuite and SharePoint is considered an asset.
Ability to write and edit clear and concise reports, meeting minutes, status documents, update documents, and statements of work.
Ability to organize then track tasks and projects to completion.
Superior organizational and data entry skills and the ability to manage numerous complex projects in parallel.
Experience with EMC, Cisco or Client products would be considered an asset.
An interest in and comfort with technical concepts
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CISSP) are desirable.
Proven experience in project management roles, with a focus on infrastructure deployment and management, preferably in data protection, data center, or cloud computing environments.
Strong understanding of data protection principles, data center technologies, and cloud computing architectures.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in healthcare, enterprise, and public sector environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Agile etc.).
Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Proficiency in Project Management Software Tools, such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Office Timelines etc.
