Organisation et animation, en toute autonomie, de réunions visant à communiquer les objectifs, les attentes, les rôles et l'avancement des projets ; suivi des points en suspens et collaboration avec les différents groupes et clients pour résoudre les problèmes rencontrés.
Définition du périmètre des projets et élaboration des plans de mise en œuvre.
Réalisation d'analyses de processus de bout en bout pour des missions complexes.
Identification des risques et élaboration de plans d'atténuation.
Définition d'objectifs de projet mesurables et suivi de leur état d'avancement.
Garantie de la cohérence et de la qualité de la mise en œuvre par l'application des meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet.

COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS CLÉS

Minimum de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, de préférence dans le secteur des services financiers et au sein d'environnements internationaux.
Bonne connaissance des processus et flux de travail de gestion de projet (une certification PMP et/ou Scrum Master constitue un atout).
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Expérience ou état d'esprit axé sur le numérique et l'amélioration continue.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité d'expliquer des questions complexes de manière claire et concise à des publics aux niveaux techniques ou hiérarchiques variés.
