Management of Transformation / Continuous Improvement / Digital projects, where Finance processes are being optimized & streamlined.
Animate Internal Finance projects, where various Finance teams need to be coordinated to reach an internal goal (organization topics, internal requests from the Group, internal requests from the CFO executive committee)..
The Finance Transformation project manager will coordinate with F&RS/IT and internal stakeholders across F&T to ensure on-time quality delivery of the project portfolio.

Scope projects and develop Implementation Project Plans

Drive implementation consistency and quality through execution of project management best practices.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum 8-10 years of related experience, preferably within Financial Services Industries in international environments
Good knowledge of Project Management processes and workflow (PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Gestion de projets de transformation, d'amélioration continue ou de numérisation visant à optimiser et rationaliser les processus financiers.
Pilotage de projets financiers internes nécessitant la coordination de diverses équipes pour atteindre des objectifs organisationnels (questions d'organisation, demandes internes du Groupe ou du comité de direction du directeur financier).
Coordination avec les équipes F&RS/IT et les parties prenantes internes au sein de F&T pour garantir la livraison qualitative et dans les délais du portefeuille de projets.
Organisation et animation, en toute autonomie, de réunions visant à communiquer les objectifs, les attentes, les rôles et l'avancement des projets ; suivi des points en suspens et collaboration avec les différents groupes et clients pour résoudre les problèmes rencontrés.
Définition du périmètre des projets et élaboration des plans de mise en œuvre.
Réalisation d'analyses de processus de bout en bout pour des missions complexes.
Identification des risques et élaboration de plans d'atténuation.
Définition d'objectifs de projet mesurables et suivi de leur état d'avancement.
Garantie de la cohérence et de la qualité de la mise en œuvre par l'application des meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet.
Identification et gestion des dépendances entre projets et des éléments du chemin critique, tout en assurant la qualité des livrables.
Élaboration de plans de projet détaillés incluant la documentation, les protocoles de test et d'exécution, les tâches, les budgets, les échéanciers et les indicateurs de suivi.

COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS CLÉS

Minimum de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, de préférence dans le secteur des services financiers et au sein d'environnements internationaux.
Bonne connaissance des processus et flux de travail de gestion de projet (une certification PMP et/ou Scrum Master constitue un atout).
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Expérience ou état d'esprit axé sur le numérique et l'amélioration continue.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité d'expliquer des questions complexes de manière claire et concise à des publics aux niveaux techniques ou hiérarchiques variés.
Compétences en conseil.
Capacité à travailler efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles géographiquement dispersées.
