COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Mini Mall Storage Properties has experienced rapid growth since beginning operations in 2020, and our momentum shows no signs of slowing as we continue acquiring storage facilities across North America. We are dedicated to making storage simple, accessible, and convenient for all of life’s transitions and treasures, while staying focused on leading the industry and challenging traditional norms.

Our mission is to deliver the Mini Mall Experience in everything that we do, with a strong focus on our Service, Brand, and Employee Experiences. Our team’s dedication is what enables us to deliver an exceptional service experience to our customers – both internal and external, uphold a high level of brand consistency, and foster a workplace culture of innovation, inclusion, and collaboration.

Guided by our values of integrity, grit, customer focus, community, and safety and security, our goal is to work together to create a company where everyone is motivated to contribute to our shared mission. We are looking for someone to help us continue to redefine the self-storage industry, build lasting relationships with the communities we serve, and set new standards for our business.

Join us in shaping the future of self-storage as we expand across North America, and create long-lasting, meaningful careers.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports lead generation and rental conversion by executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns, coordinating day-to-day website operations, supporting SEO implementation, and maintaining reliable marketing tracking and reporting. The role works closely with internal marketing leaders, technical partners, and external agencies to ensure campaigns and website experiences are accurate, timely, and conversion focused.

Build (in-platform) and maintain multiple digital marketing campaigns to support regional marketing initiatives, adapting campaigns to market to multiple demographics and local market dynamics

Support to implement paid digital media strategies to drive leads and brand awareness, with a focus on paid social channels such as: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads.

Provide platform and campaign upgrade recommendations and perform regular in-platform optimization based on results

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and generate regular recurring reports to measure success and identify improvements. Regularly report on ad, campaign, and platform performance

Track and report on the digital marketing team budget

Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure marketing assets are seamlessly integrated into broader campaign planning and reporting

Collaborate with the creative production team to ensure asset development aligns with paid digital channel standards and best practices

Support with Google Business Profile (GMB) listing management and local search visibility

Coordinate day-to-day website updates, content refreshes, photo changes, banner uploads, and other minor enhancements.

Maintain a prioritized website task backlog with owners, descriptions, statuses, deadlines, and follow-up actions.

Implement or coordinate landing page updates, campaign messaging alignment, UX improvements, and conversion-focused enhancements.

Conduct routine website quality assurance to identify broken links, errors, outdated information, form issues, and other customer experience gaps.

Support call tracking, lead attribution, campaign tagging, and conversion measurement, including tools such as WhatConverts and Google Tag Manager where applicable.

Work collaboratively with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors by communicating objectives, timelines, constraints, and expected outcomes clearly.

 WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

Hands-on paid media experience across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search/PPC and Performance Max); working knowledge of Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Experience coordinating website content updates, landing pages, and website quality assurance, including working with developers or external vendors.

Working knowledge of Paid Ad conversion optimization, analytics/tracking, and emerging AI-driven search/discovery experiences such as ChatGPT (OpenAI).

Comfort with spreadsheets, task management tools, dashboards, and performance reporting.

Strong organization, attention to detail, written communication, stakeholder coordination, and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

Ability to interpret data, identify problems, propose solutions, and take ownership of follow-through.
