Note To All Interested Candidates:

Character matters.

Sure, we’re looking for an all-star player who has the chops and the experience to take this role by the horns and run with it. But talent alone doesn’t cut it for us.

Our actions are guided by our values of Respect, Commitment, Creativity, Teamwork and Fun. These aren’t just words to us but are values we push ourselves to work by and inspire in others.

We’re a passionate group of hard-working people, obsessed about sales and service.

We know nothing matters more than a happy customer and that saying “that’s not my job” gets us nowhere.

We know how fun it feels to win, and love pushing ourselves towards that rush.

As a leading sports-lifestyle distribution company with over 52 years of success under our belts, we’re firing on all cylinders to take our company to the next level with a growing stable of world-class brands.

The good news? YOU could be a part of it.

REPORTS TO: Director, eCommerce

LOCATION: Pointe-Claire

Position Summary

If you're the person who already runs the group chat, keeps everyone on schedule, and can't stand watching a deadline slip, this role was built for you.

We are seeking a Planning & Launch Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the eCommerce team's launch calendar across all of Mint Green’s managed direct-to-consumer (DTC) sites.

In this role, you will own the team's Asana workspace, working with the Director, eCommerce and each eCommerce Merchant to build out timelines and confirm that every site update, from major drops to everyday changes, happens on-time and with the right people looped in.

This is a role where organization is a superpower: you'll bring order to a fast-moving, multi-brand operation and your fingerprints will be on every successful launch.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Planning & Calendar Management

Own and maintain the eCommerce team's primary launch calendar and Asana project structure across all brands.
Build out launch timelines with each eCommerce Merchant, working backward from launch dates to confirm what's needed and by when (assets, product data, QA, marketing hand-off).
Track task ownership and status across the team, proactively flagging at-risk deadlines before they become problems.
Maintain launch documentation and post-launch retros so process improvements carry forward to the next launch.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with Merchants, Retention, Paid Media, and CS to confirm site updates are scheduled and completed on time.
Run or support regular check-ins (e.g., weekly launch status meetings) to keep the team aligned on what's coming up.
Act as the point of escalation when a task, asset, or dependency is at risk of slipping, and coordinating a resolution.

Flexible Team Support

Flex into other areas of the eCommerce team as needed, including onsite merchandising tasks, customer service coverage, and reporting.
Provide backup support to Merchants and Customer Service during peak periods, launches or team absences.

Skills And Experience

1+ years in a project coordination, launch management, or operations support role, ideally in ecommerce, retail, or marketing.
Hands-on experience with Asana (or a comparable project management tool) is an asset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent timelines across brands.
Confident following up and holding teammates to deadlines.
Familiarity with Shopify is an asset.
Clear written and verbal communicator.
Foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
