REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Sales Support

LOCATION: Montreal

Position Summary:

The Sales Support Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of orders and customer service for our licensed brands, including ’47 and Fan Favorite. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, internal teams, and U.S. brand partners, ensuring accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and a high standard of service. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing high volumes in a fast-paced, seasonal environment, while leveraging tools such as NuOrder and internal systems to drive operational efficiency. Guided by our values of Respect, Commitment, Creativity, Teamwork, and Fun, this role contributes directly to exceptional customer experiences and the continued growth of our sports-lifestyle brands.

Essential Functions:

Ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of order entry, including the correct application of discounts and commissions.
Become a NuOrder “ninja”, to provide customers and Sales Reps with support in using the platform to manage their business with greater independence.
Provide timely and helpful responses to customers and Sales Reps, moving them from problem to resolution with minimal stress.
Be proactive in identifying recurring issues and elevating these issues to the broader operations team so they can be prevented in the future.
Be proactive in staying in touch with what’s going on with our brands from the standpoint of marketing, social, and PR, so you can share newsworthy updates about the growth of the brands that our customers are buying from us.
Prepare and research return authorization requests from customers.
Prepare and research short shipment/over shipment requests from customers.
Communicate daily with product and sales teams to ensure that pertinent information about order changes, delays, or new opportunities are being channeled out to the Sales Reps and customers.
Collaborate with eCommerce team to ensure stock levels, pull samples and provide return authorizations.
Be the liaison between customers and ‘47 Brand USA for product images.

Skills And Experience

1-3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management, ideally within apparel, consumer goods, or wholesale distribution.
Strong attention to detail, with experience managing order entry, discounts, and commission application accurately.
Comfortable learning and troubleshooting order management platforms (e.g., NuOrder) to support both customers and internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first approach to problem-solving.
Experience researching and processing return authorizations, short/over shipments, or similar order discrepancies.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage high order volumes and shifting priorities during peak seasonal periods.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify recurring issues and flag them for process improvement.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and eCommerce teams.
Genuine interest in the brands and industry, with curiosity about marketing, social, and PR updates relevant to customers.
Proficiency in Excel and general comfort with ERP or order management systems.
Foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
