Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to modern solutions for contact center environments.

The role has a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot backend development, combined with hands-on experience in React or Angular and familiarity with Node.js. Experience in Customer Experience (CX) and Workforce Management (WFM) solutions will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks
• Build and maintain integrations with telecom, contact center, CX, and related enterprise systems
• Work with Node.js where required for integrations, services, or supporting components
• Design and implement microservices and distributed applications
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, and architectural discussions
• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams
• Contribute to engineering best practices, technical standards, and continuous improvement
• Support the development of customer-facing and contact center solutions

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot
• Strong experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Familiarity with Node.js
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and backend services
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Practical experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Experience developing and supporting cloud-based applications
• Good understanding of software development best practices, clean code, testing, and version control
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

• Experience in contact center, or customer experience (CX) environments
• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) solutions
• Understanding of contact center technologies, routing, voice, or customer engagement platforms
• Experience integrating with third-party enterprise or telecom systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
