Working Conditions

The Donor Relations Coordinator will report to the Manager of Development and will work closely with other members of the Development Team and other Mission Possible staff. They will regularly interact with donors, community partners, volunteers, and program participants. ABOUT YOU

You have a deep instinct for hospitality and follow-through. You understand that trust is built through many small interactions over time. You're energized by social contact and outreach, and you keep careful records of each interaction so the next conversation picks up where the last one left off. You're comfortable picking up the phone, whether to say thank you or to invite a donor to give again, and you see both as part of the same relationship.

Mission Possible donors believe meaningful work can help someone rebuild dignity, confidence, and stability. The Donor Relations Coordinator helps donors stay connected to that impact through thoughtful communication, personal touches, and consistent follow-through over time.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
Strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
Comfort working with donor databases and CRM systems
Experience with CRM platforms such as Raiser’s Edge and/or Keela is an asset
Proven ability to demonstrate professionalism, respectful workplace conduct, and alignment with Mission Possible’s core values: Compassion, Humility, Empowerment, Support, and Tenacity
