Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison with client teams to gather requirements and define technical plans.
- Prototype and deliver production-ready applications to address trading, risk, and operational challenges.
- Balance project scope, speed, and quality to meet client timelines without compromising integrity.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
- Communicate complex architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on full-stack development and client delivery roles.
- Expert proficiency in backend technologies like Java or Python, with experience in frameworks for microservices and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management using popular tools.
- Strong database expertise, including performance tuning and schema design.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, and cloud deployments.
