We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This is an important role within our organization. You will work closely with our customers, sales team, and management to prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, support projects through the sales cycle, and ensure our customers receive professional, responsive service.
Industry experience is an asset, but it is not required. We can teach you the products, systems, and industry. What we can't teach is initiative, integrity, curiosity, accountability, and a genuine desire to do a great job.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Quoting and Project Support
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations for customers based on project requirements and specifications.
- Review requests carefully, identify missing information, and ask the proper questions before client presentation.
- Consult with customers to clarify project details, requirements, and timelines.
- Send quotations and supporting information to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up on quotations and opportunities to understand the project status and identify next steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information throughout the sales cycle.
- Work with the sales team to support projects from architectural specification generation through to substantial completion.
Customer Communication and Follow-Up
- Develop positive working relationships with roof contractors, distributors, architects, specifiers and other industry contacts.
- Communicate professionally with customers by email and telephone.
- Proactively follow up on quotes and opportunities.
- Respond to customer questions and requests promptly and professionally.
- Know when to find an answer independently and when to ask for help.
- Represent our company and our manufacturers professionally in every customer interaction.
Administration and Internal Processes
- Maintain accurate customer and project records within our systems.
- Consistently follow established internal processes and procedures.
- Ensure information is entered accurately and communicated to the appropriate members of the team.
- Use technology and software to organize information, track opportunities, and manage daily responsibilities.
- Support the outside sales team with project information, quotations, customer follow-up and other sales-related activities.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure customers receive consistent and timely service.
Team and Professional Development
- Build knowledge of the products, manufacturers, and the commercial roof industry.
- Participate in training and actively seek opportunities to learn.
- Accept coaching and feedback positively and apply it to future work.
- Contribute ideas and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
- As you grow in the role, there may be opportunities to participate in trade shows, industry events, customer meetings and other activities outside of the office.
