Contribute to equipment replacement and refurbishment projects, including design reviews, commissioning plans and start-up activities.
Maintain and improve operating procedures, log sheets, checklists and equipment preparation procedures.
Support operator training, shutdown planning and supervisory coverage during production leadership absences.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a junior process engineer.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

10+ years of experience in the chemical, pulp and paper, oil & gas industries, or a manufacturing environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred. Mechanical Engineering candidates with substantial plant engineering experience and demonstrated process capability may also be considered.
