Key Responsibilities
- Perform and support audit and assurance engagements.
- Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and business performance.
- Assist with financial analysis and assessment of companies.
- Support Business Valuation and Financial Advisory assignments.
- Assist with valuation models, projections, and financial analysis.
- Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and client presentations.
- Work with senior professionals and clients on accounting, audit, and advisory matters.
- Develop expertise in Business Valuation / Transaction Advisory over time.
Requirements
- CPA designation or CPA Candidate with 2+ years of relevant audit experience.
- Public accounting / professional services experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both French and English – Mandatory.
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Genuine interest in Business Valuation and Advisory.
