Make an impact with our Finance team as an Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business and the Account Services team.

Responsibilities

Review, modify, and prepare templates, monthly reports, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials
Research, compile, and summarize information and data
Support leaders through proactive calendar and email management, helping to align priorities, manage time effectively, and anticipate scheduling conflicts
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointment logistics, and prepare supporting material
Support Account Reconciliation and Client Payment Allocation processes and activities
Maintain electronic filing systems
Proactively contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Build strong, professional relationships with team members, leaders, and clients, serving as a reliable and trusted point of coordination
Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to support evolving business needs and additional duties, as assigned

Skills and Experience

2+ years of increasingly complex administrative responsibilities or project coordination
Written and verbal English and French language skills
Strong client service focus in dealing with both external and internal clients
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to incorporate A.I. into daily activities
Post-secondary education in business administration is considered an asset
Experience working in a professional services environment is an asset

Requirements
