Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and deliver orientation programs and onboarding activities that create a positive first impression and support the successful integration of new team members
Respond to internal and external inquiries; addressing questions, supporting employee relations matters, and promoting effective use of self-service resources
Compile and analyze statistical reports and metrics related to key human capital programs to support informed business decisions
Coordinate and administer Human Capital programs and activities across total rewards, learning and development, recruitment, and performance management, ensuring a consistent and positive team member experience
Manage employee data and records within the HCMS platform and within manual files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity
Coordinate the delivery of learning and development programs to support impactful learning experiences
Conduct exit interviews and support employee departures and terminations
Support the ongoing management of the recruitment database by posting opportunities, maintaining job postings, and managing candidates through the applicant tracking system
Prepare presentations and materials to facilitate workgroups, training sessions, and meetings
Leverage recruitment and social media platforms to enhance employer brand awareness and support talent attraction efforts
Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skills and Experience

Post-secondary education in HR preferred
At least 2 years of HR experience, supporting multiple HR programs and processes in a fast-paced environment
