Make an impact as we look to strengthen our Digital Solutions practice with a Manager, Business AI to join our growing Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will lead the delivery and growth of our Microsoft Business AI practice, helping clients unlock value through Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, AI Agents, intelligent automation, and modern workplace innovation. You will work with clients to identify opportunities where AI can enhance productivity, automate complex business processes, empower employees, and accelerate decision-making. You will also lead a team of consultants, architects, and developers focused on delivering high-quality AI and low-code solutions across a broad range of industries. The ideal candidate combines strong business consulting and leadership capabilities with hands-on experience delivering AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure technologies to enable intelligent, agent-driven business transformation.

Responsibilities:
AI Solution Delivery & Leadership
- Lead the successful delivery of Business AI, Copilot, and Power Platform engagements from strategy through implementation.
- Guide clients in designing and deploying agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, custom AI agents, and Power Platform technologies.
- Lead the development of intelligent business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI capabilities.
- Ensure delivery quality, governance, security, scalability, and adoption across AI and automation initiatives.
- Establish best practices for responsible AI, solution architecture, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to align client solutions with emerging platform capabilities and industry trends.
Practice & Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, business analysts, developers, and solution architects.
- Provide coaching and career development opportunities that help team members expand their AI, automation, and consulting capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, collaboration, and client success.
- Support recruitment, resource planning, utilization management, and team growth initiatives.
Client Advisory & Transformation
- Partner with executive and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation.
- Facilitate workshops to uncover automation, Copilot, and agent use cases that drive measurable business value.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI and low-code solutions.
- Advise clients on AI strategy, governance, adoption, change management, and organizational readiness.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and ongoing optimization.
Business Development & Practice Growth
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to develop proposals, Statements of Work, and solution roadmaps.
- Contribute to the growth of MNP Digital's AI and Power Platform capabilities through thought leadership, innovation, and market awareness.
- Develop a strong understanding of MNP's services, industries, and client needs through experiential learning and client engagement.
- Represent MNP Digital within professional associations, industry events, Microsoft communities, and local business networks.
Operational Excellence
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery expectations.
- Oversee forecasting, invoicing, and engagement profitability.
- Ensure effective resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Contribute new ideas, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience leading technology, digital transformation, automation, or AI delivery programs.
- Experience managing consulting engagements, project teams, and client relationships.
- Demonstrated success delivering Microsoft-based business solutions and transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced consulting environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Motivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills (written and spoken) and a taste for teamwork – a bonus if you are bilingual (French)

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of between $120,000 and $150,000 based on experience and skills.
