Make an impact with our Regional Marketing team as a Sr. Coordinator. This role is responsible for translating regional business priorities into integrated, full-funnel go-to-market strategies and marketing programs that build brand awareness, strengthen client engagement and generate qualified growth opportunities. Working closely with the Regional Managing Partner, niche leaders and national marketing teams, the RMM leads the development, execution and optimization of data-driven marketing programs that position MNP as a Trusted Advisor and accelerate business growth across the region, niches and client segments.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for taking a highly collaborative approach to working with regional stakeholders to translate business objectives into an integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the region
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, client programs, and business development initiatives
- Support annual marketing planning, budget development, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with service and client group leaders to support client retention, referral mapping, targeted pursuit strategies, and account-based marketing initiatives
- Develop creative campaign briefs and coordinate marketing activities across digital, social media, website, advertising, direct marketing, and publicity channels
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, media contacts, vendors, sponsorship partners, and key marketplace influencers
- Measure and optimize marketing performance through data, insights and KPI reporting to maximize business impact and ROI
- Measure and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain regional marketing assets, promotional materials, databases, client lists, and event resources while ensuring alignment with MNP brand standards
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior marketing resources and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Support special projects and regional initiatives as required
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in in marketing, communications, event planning or other related field
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
- Professional services industry experience, including corporate writing experience is considered an asset
- Strong Project Management, presentation and reporting skills
- Possess business development skills and knowledge
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Database Marketing Software and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with web, digital and social media platforms
- A valid driver’s license is necessary as travel will be required
