You will advise business and technology leaders, lead significant workstreams and smaller engagements, and complete the research, analysis and solution development needed to translate complex challenges into practical strategies, business cases, roadmaps and recommendations. You will also contribute to client development, pursuits and market engagement as you build toward broader Manager-level responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver Digital Advisory Engagements

Lead key workstreams and support Digital Advisory engagements under the guidance of a Manager or Partner.
Deliver services including digital and technology strategy, assessments, business cases, roadmaps, governance, process improvement, solution selection, and transformation planning.
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to assess current capabilities, challenges, opportunities, and future needs.
Apply practical AI knowledge to identify opportunities, assess readiness, and support governance and adoption initiatives.
Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and analysis to develop evidence-based recommendations.
Analyze operational and financial data to support business cases, investment decisions, and benefits realization.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align priorities, validate findings, and build consensus.
Document processes, requirements, operating models, governance structures, and implementation considerations.
Develop high-quality client deliverables, including strategies, assessments, reports, roadmaps, proposals, and presentations.
Coach and support Analysts and Consultants through feedback, knowledge sharing, and quality review.
Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, including senior business and technology leaders.
Translate recommendations into actionable implementation plans, priorities, governance structures, and success measures.
Manage engagement activities, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risk escalation.
Build trusted client relationships and ensure delivery of practical, high-quality outcomes aligned to client objectives.

Build client relationships, pursuits and market presence

Take an active role in client and business development across Digital Advisory priority sectors and the broader MNP Digital portfolio, with increasing responsibility as your experience, relationships and market knowledge grow.
Work with Managers, Partners, regional team members and client-service teams to identify target organizations, existing-account opportunities, relevant market or client triggers and relationship pathways.
Take a key working role with regional team members in account and pursuit planning, discovery, value-proposition development, proposals, presentations and follow-up for assigned opportunities.
Build relationships with clients, referral sources and MNP teams and participate in targeted outreach, networking, events, workshops, presentations and other market-facing activities.
Develop a personal network and market presence, demonstrating steady progress toward Manager-level client-development, practice-building and leadership expectations.
Maintain a partial focus on Managed IT Services pursuits in Saskatchewan and Manitoba by contributing to business-focused discovery, assessments, value-proposition development, proposals and client presentations.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Digital Advisory offerings, methodologies, playbooks, templates, accelerators and reusable assets that support delivery excellence, improve engagement consistency and help the practice scale across regions.
Make meaningful contributions to MNP Digital nationally by sharing leading practices, supporting strategic initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across Canada and helping advance reusable approaches that strengthen Digital Advisory capability and market impact.

Skills And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, computer science, information systems, public administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five or more years of relevant experience in digital advisory, management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, business analysis, product or project management, solution selection, implementation readiness or managed services.
Experience in digital strategy, technology roadmaps and business cases, process or operating-model improvement, data governance, technology assessment, solution selection, program delivery or implementation readiness.
Strong analytical, project-management, facilitation, writing, presentation and client-relationship capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in pursuits, account planning, market development, client relationship development or community-facing activities, with readiness to take increasing ownership over time.
Ability to research and prioritize targets, recognize market and client triggers, develop clear value propositions and advance opportunities from initial conversation through proposal and follow-up.
Broad understanding of ERP, CRM, AI, data, cloud, automation, cybersecurity and Managed IT Services. Deep technical expertise across every area is not required.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, ITIL, TOGAF, Prosci or Agile are considered assets.
Some travel may be required.
