Job Title: Aerospace Process Planner

Location: Montreal, QC, Canada

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Schedule: Must be available to support weekends

Job Summary

We are seeking an Aerospace Process Planner to support the assembly and testing of aircraft engine modules and engines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with aerospace engine assembly/testing, technical drawings, GD&T, tooling, and manufacturing process planning.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.
Define and validate the tooling and test equipment required to assemble and test modules and engines in accordance with P&WC quality and engineering standards.
Maintain Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI) that provide standard work guidance for assemblers.
Support CVIS and ROFFIN data plate machine programming.
Support the implementation and programming of Torque Measuring Systems (TMS).
Participate in PFMEA activities and RPN determination.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and production teams to ensure assembly and testing processes meet established standards.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience, with candidates having up to 20+ years considered.
Experience assembling and testing aircraft engine modules and engines.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and GD&T.
Experience with aerospace manufacturing or aircraft engine production environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, is preferred.
Mechanical Engineering Technician education/experience may also be considered.
Fluent French communication skills are required.
Ability to work onsite in Mirabel, QC.
Must be willing and available to support weekend work.
