Perform equipment start-ups, commissioning, field troubleshooting, and customer training.
Document commissioning and service activities and recommend corrective actions and system improvements.
Coordinate schedules and budgets for assigned projects.
Ensure work complies with applicable safety standards and industry requirements.
Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training and relevant certifications.

Qualifications & Experience

Five or more years of relevant experience in industrial lubrication, fluid power, equipment applications, field service, or mechanical maintenance preferred.
Engineering or technology diploma/degree, skilled-trade qualification, or an equivalent combination of practical experience and technical training.
Practical knowledge of industrial lubrication and/or related fluid systems, including interpreting schematics and understanding component functions.
Ability to diagnose equipment issues, verify system operation, and document technical findings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and train customers.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Sound judgment when handling confidential customer and company information.

Additional Assets:

Experience in steel, primary metals, mining, aggregates, or other heavy industrial environments.
CLS, MLE, CFPS, or other relevant industry certifications.
