Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Sales Leadership

Customer service and sales leadership responsibilities focus on providing exceptional service to customers, mentoring and coaching store associates, and driving sales growth. This involves setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and ensuring all retail associates are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service.

Operational Management

Operational management responsibilities involve ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, efficient inventory management, maintaining store displays, managing pricing strategies, purchasing merchandise, and overseeing staff to ensure productivity and effective operations.

Communication and Leadership

Communication and leadership responsibilities focus on effective communication skills and flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating leadership qualities to adapt to changing circumstances and support overall store operations.

Health and Safety Compliance

Health and safety compliance responsibilities involve ensuring a safe and secure work environment for employees and customers. This includes adhering to health, safety, and security regulations, participating in health and safety programs, and participating in accident and incident reporting and investigations as necessary.
