We’re Looking For Someone Like You To
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and advise them on their IT projects.
- Act as a key technical resource to recommend and implement scalable solutions tailored to clients’ needs and budgets.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Deploy, migrate and enhance network and system infrastructures.
- Protect client data and ensure the security of their IT environments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions.
- Actively contribute to projects and team meetings by sharing your expertise.
- Help achieve company goals while continuing to develop your professional skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
- Strong experience in network infrastructure and security (firewalls, routing, VPN, VLAN, QoS, fibre optics, Wi-Fi).
- Solid knowledge of VMware (vCenter, vSphere) and storage solutions (NAS, SAN, vSAN).
- Experience with Windows Server (2012 R2 to 2022).
- Experience with backup and replication solutions (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS).
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
- Excellent ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Valid driver’s licence and availability for occasional travel to client sites.

- Agir comme ressource technique clé pour proposer et implanter des solutions évolutives adaptées à leurs besoins et à leur budget.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problématiques complexes, sur place ou à distance.
- Implanter, migrer et faire évoluer des infrastructures réseau et systèmes.
- Protéger les données des clients et assurer la sécurité de leurs environnements TI.
- Collaborer avec tes collègues pour offrir des solutions complètes et de qualité.
- Contribuer activement aux projets et aux réunions d’équipe en partageant ton expertise.
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise tout en développant tes compétences professionnelles.
- Expérience en environnement MSP ou multi-clients.
- Solide expérience en infrastructures réseau et sécurité (pare-feu, routage, VPN, VLAN, QoS, fibre, Wi-Fi).
- Bonne maîtrise de VMware (vCenter, vSphere) et des solutions de stockage (NAS, SAN, vSAN).
- Expérience avec Windows Server (2012 R2 à 2022).
- Expérience en sauvegarde et réplication (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS).
- Bilingue (français et anglais, oral et écrit).
