  • Build and maintain detailed iPPA roadmaps, identifying and prioritizing key pack-price architecture opportunities (including OBPPC and portfolio optimization strategies)
  • Proactively model commodity and cost scenarios to stay ahead of market shifts and inform pricing decisions
  • Lead mix management efforts, leveraging customer segmentation to optimize category returns across channels

Trade & Promotional Excellence

  • Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines and conduct regular reviews of trade spend effectiveness
  • Monitor revenue realization across customers, ensuring pricing strategies are landing as planned

Customer & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work with customer teams to track progress toward critical KPIs: Share, Tonnge, Profit and Revenue
  • Partner with Brand teams to align RGM strategies with brand priorities, ensuring pricing, promotional, and PPA plans support both category growth and brand health objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly
  • Lead with a GM mindset - every recommendation grounded in the problem-to-solve

Capability & Talent Development

  • Contribute to enhancing team capabilities, including digital tools (Power BI, Tableau, TPM systems) and analytical frameworks
  • Support knowledge-sharing and upskilling across the broader RGM team
  • Where applicable, coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of trial, experimentation, and continuous improvement
