Briefing: Oversee the creation of campaign briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure the account's influencer strategy stays ahead of the market.

Performance & Budget Management

About You

The essentials:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development.
Global Talent Network: Proven experience working with both U.S. and international talent, with established relationships across global markets.
Track Record: Proven track record of successful global influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business results.
Platform & Trend Fluency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.

Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Proactive and creative problem-solver, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

At Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive. We proactively work to design hiring processes that promote equity and inclusion while mitigating bias. Monks is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. We are committed to treating people with disabilities in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration, and we are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner. We will do so by removing and preventing barriers to accessibility and by meeting our accessibility requirements under local accessibility laws.
