About The Role

Monks is seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead the execution of influencer and creator campaigns. This role owns campaigns from inception to completion, partners closely with the Director of Influencer Marketing to build out global campaign strategies and roadmaps, and keeps international rollouts on-brief, on-brand, and on-KPI. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in global influencer marketing and campaign management.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Campaign Leadership: Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals.
Global Roadmapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Director of Influencer Marketing to build comprehensive international campaign strategies and roadmaps.
Briefing: Oversee the creation of campaign briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure the account's influencer strategy stays ahead of the market.

Performance & Budget Management

KPI Definition & Tracking: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Ownership: Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.

Relationship Management

Creator Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders globally to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Global Coordination: Collaborate with international agencies and cross-functional global team members to support influencer initiatives, including talent sourcing, vetting, contract negotiations, and campaign alignment to ensure brand consistency and strategic fit across markets.

Team Leadership

Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

About You

The essentials:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development.
Global Talent Network: Proven experience working with both U.S. and international talent, with established relationships across global markets.
Track Record: Proven track record of successful global influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business results.
Platform & Trend Fluency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to define and track KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Proactive and creative problem-solver, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
