About Us

Mildenhall Montessori is a family of 3 schools located in the West end of Toronto. We are CCMA accredited at all locations with Montessori programs for children aged 18 months through 14 years old. We offer a positive work environment and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Mildenhall Montessori Schools is looking for an Upper Elementary Lead Guide for the 25/26 school year, with the possibility of extension.

The Ideal Candidates Have

AMI or MACTE approved Montessori elementary training
3 years of teaching experience
enthusiasm for working in a collaborative environment
respect for children
interest in working in a spirited and fun school environment
commitment to social justice and anti racist education

The Upper Elementary Lead Guide will facilitate a Montessori-based learning environment for students aged 9 to 12. The role involves fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and spirited classroom that aligns with the school's guiding values.

Requirements

Candidates must possess AMI or MACTE approved Montessori elementary training and at least three years of teaching experience. A strong commitment to social justice, anti-racist education, and inclusive teaching practices is required.
