Comfort working in the field, including conducting site visits, product demonstrations, and face-to-face meetings.
Clear verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical product features in a practical, customer-friendly way.
Basic understanding of construction, coatings, or building materials, or a strong willingness to learn epoxy products and applications.
Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions while representing the company on-site.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within Surrey, BC and surrounding areas.
Comfort using mobile tools or basic software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM) to track leads, quotes, and customer information.
Prior field sales experience in construction, industrial supplies, or home improvement is an asset but not required.
