Executive Summary:

The ETS WDD-PM team handles the coordination of large, complex Enterprise and Global Hardware Deployment projects that include Branch Relocations/Closures, expansions, downsizes, reconfigurations, the build out of Call Center projects and Integration projects. The team engages and manages vendors and internal Morgan Stanley partners to install data, voice, and DTV infrastructure followed by the installation of networked devices, phones, workstations, monitors and TV's. The WDD PM works hand in hand with the (internal) Business Units/vendors to make sure their IT needs are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to infrastructure planning, resource assignment, financial planning, project planning, invoicing approval and the management of vendors and internal Morgan Stanley partners to bring a project to completion.

Responsibilities include:

> Work after hours, weekends and holidays to accommodate project schedules

> Ability to manage multiple high priority projects in a fast paced highly technical environment.

> Responsible to coordinate, manage, and track project tasks related to large projects

> Ensure successful cutover through effective planning, testing and validation of new equipment.

> Responsible for receiving quote requests and providing a viable IT cost based on each project scope

> Join project calls and report on IT status

> Maintain an open line of communicaiton with all the stake holders in a project

> Able to adjust quickly to change and manage through it

> Skilled in running project calls and taking meeting minutes

> Responsible to open (ServiceNow) tickets and assign to proper groups for execution and completion

> Coordinates vendors for installations and support

> Works closely with our internal client via emails and conference calls to ensure their needs are met

> Ability to travel to project sites that require an onsite presence and provide support over a weekend, as needed.

> Able to understand architectural drawings and bid sets

> Able to review MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings and provide feedback.

> 3 or more years of experience with IT infrastructure project management & Agile methodologies related to office buildouts.

> Working knowledge of the following technologies:

- desktops, laptops, servers and networking basics

- Windows desktop O/S

- Microsoft Office Suite

> Experience with an ITIL based ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow (nice to have)

> Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; attention to detail

> Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.

> Ability to present ideas and solutions in a user-friendly language.

Consultant Conversion - Director, Tech Program Mgmt IIIL’équipe ETS WDD-PM est responsable de la coordination de projets de déploiement de matériel informatique d’envergure, complexes, à l’échelle de l’entreprise et à l’international. Ces projets comprennent notamment les déménagements et fermetures de succursales, les agrandissements, les réductions d’espace, les reconfigurations, la mise en place de centres d’appels ainsi que les projets d’intégration.
L’équipe collabore avec des fournisseurs et des partenaires internes de Morgan Stanley afin d’installer les infrastructures de données, de téléphonie et de télévision (DTV), puis d’assurer l’installation des équipements connectés au réseau, des téléphones, des postes de travail, des moniteurs et des téléviseurs.

Le ou la gestionnaire de projet WDD (WDD PM) travaille en étroite collaboration avec les unités d’affaires internes et les fournisseurs afin de s’assurer que leurs besoins en technologies de l’information sont satisfaits. Les responsabilités comprennent notamment la planification des infrastructures, l’affectation des ressources, la planification financière, la gestion des projets, l’approbation des factures ainsi que la gestion des fournisseurs et des partenaires internes de Morgan Stanley afin de mener les projets à terme.

Responsabilités
Travailler en dehors des heures normales de bureau, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés afin de respecter les échéanciers des projets.
Être capable de gérer plusieurs projets hautement prioritaires dans un environnement dynamique et fortement axé sur la technologie.
Coordonner, gérer et assurer le suivi des tâches liées à des projets de grande envergure.
Veiller au succès des mises en production grâce à une planification, des essais et une validation efficaces des nouveaux équipements.
Recevoir les demandes de soumission et fournir une estimation réaliste des coûts TI en fonction de la portée de chaque projet.
Participer aux réunions de projet et présenter l’état d’avancement des activités TI.
Maintenir une communication ouverte avec toutes les parties prenantes d’un projet.
Faire preuve d’adaptabilité face aux changements et savoir les gérer efficacement.
Animer des réunions de projet et rédiger les comptes rendus.
Ouvrir des billets dans ServiceNow et les attribuer aux groupes appropriés pour leur exécution et leur résolution.
Coordonner les fournisseurs pour les installations et le soutien technique.
Travailler étroitement avec les clients internes par courriel et lors de conférences téléphoniques afin de s’assurer que leurs besoins sont satisfaits.
Être disposé(e) à se déplacer sur les sites de projet nécessitant une présence sur place et à fournir du soutien durant les fins de semaine, au besoin.
Comprendre les dessins architecturaux et les dossiers d’appel d’offres.
Examiner les plans MEP (mécanique, électricité et plomberie) et fournir des commentaires pertinents.
Examiner la documentation liée aux négociations de bail afin de s’assurer que les exigences TI sont prises en compte.
Faire preuve de leadership en affichant une attitude positive.
Communiquer avec précision les informations pertinentes.
Résoudre les situations problématiques de manière professionnelle.

Qualifications
Trois (3) années ou plus d’expérience en gestion de projets d’infrastructure TI et en méthodologies Agile liées à l’aménagement de bureaux.
Connaissance pratique des technologies suivantes : Ordinateurs de bureau, ordinateurs portables, serveurs et notions de base en réseautique; Systèmes d’exploitation Windows pour postes de travail; Suite Microsoft Office.
Expérience avec un système de billetterie fondé sur les pratiques ITIL, idéalement ServiceNow (atout).
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles ainsi qu’en communication écrite et orale, avec un grand souci du détail.
Capacité à lire, rédiger et interpréter de la documentation technique et des manuels de procédures.
Capacité à présenter des idées et des solutions dans un langage accessible aux utilisateurs.
Grande autonomie et forte motivation personnelle.
Solide orientation vers le service à la clientèle.
Communiquer directement avec les unités d’affaires afin de s’assurer que les exigences TI sont bien recueillies et satisfaites.
