Where You’ll Add Value
The PO Coordinator, In Suite is accountable to the Supervisor, Purchase Order Coordinator for the timely and accurate issuance, processing, and administration of purchase orders and related invoices for the In-Suite program, to ensure compliance with Morguard’s policies and procedures. This role supports the successful delivery of In-Suite projects by maintaining accurate records, investigating and resolving discrepancies, providing reporting on program activities, and collaborating with Project Managers to ensure data integrity and efficient project execution.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Creates, updates, and issues purchase orders for all assigned In-Suite projects, ensuring completeness, accuracy, compliance with company policies, and delivery to internal customers within established service level timelines.
- Processes invoices for an assigned portfolio, verifying general ledger accounts, job codes, category codes, costs, and line-item details, and liaises with Project Managers to resolve discrepancies and obtain required information.
- Maintains electronic documents, records, and audit trails to support accurate reporting, compliance requirements, and effective record management.
- Creates and maintains project jobs within the construction module to enable accurate cost allocation, tracking, and reporting for all In-Suite turnovers.
- Coordinates with In-Suite Project Managers to ensure project information in SuiteSpot and Yardi is current, complete, and accurate.
- Analyzes In-Suite cost tracking reports to support cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Manages purchase order requests through the internal request system, ensuring accurate coding, labeling, processing, and completion of requests in a timely manner.
The Expertise You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of related experience, preferably in property management purchasing, procurement coordination, accounts payable, or a similar administrative/financial support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience
- Experience within the real estate or property management industry is considered an asset.
- Experience with Yardi, SuiteSpot, Freshdesk is an asset.
- Ability to speak and/or read French is considered an asset.

Annualized Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
Pay Equity
The salary range listed for this position reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered may vary and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, certifications, internal pay equity and business needs.
