Role Description The Moving Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Chilliwack, BC. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries, consulting with potential customers about their moving and storage needs, and preparing accurate estimates and proposals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits when required, explaining service options such as packing, unpacking, and storage, and following up on leads to convert prospects into confirmed bookings. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with customers, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and updating sales records and customer information in company systems. The Moving Sales Representative is expected to meet sales targets, represent Morrows Moving and Storage professionally in the community, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and basic negotiation abilities.
• Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Training and Sales Management, such as coaching team members and supporting sales initiatives.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in moving, logistics, or related service industries; familiarity with estimating or quoting; and basic computer proficiency (CRM or sales software).
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a valid driver’s license, comfort with on-site client visits, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with operations teams.
