Schedule:
- Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local grocery stores
- Share key product information and answer customer questions
- Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions
- Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts)
- Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, and tear down)
- Complete reporting after each shift
- Must be available Saturday-Sunday
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
- Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours) and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
- Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and internet to complete reporting
- Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
- Access to a vehicle and being a driver is preferred.
- Liquor certification is an asset (Smart Serve)
- Food Safety certification is an asset

Responsibilities
Promote products and provide samples to grocery store shoppers, sharing product information and answering questions while meeting sampling targets. Prepare simple food and beverage samples, maintain the sampling station, and complete reports after each shift.
Requirements
Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required; customer service or sales experience is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable approaching consumers, standing for approximately six hours, setting up and taking down the sampling station, and using a smartphone with internet access for reporting; a vehicle, Smart Serve, and Food Safety certification are preferred or assets.
