Who You Are

A millwright, machinist, mechanical engineer or trades person looking for a change. Take your experience and knowledge and apply it to many different industries and environments. Use that experience to benefit your customers, work with your mind and take a load off your body.
You are curious, driven to solve problems and bring innovative solutions to the customer.
You understand that sales today is about consultation, problem solving and creating value for customers.

About The Role

Positions available in Esterhazy, Yorkton and Regina area.

You will build relationships and become the customers first call when they have a problem or need. Set your own schedule and priorities to deliver customer value.

Reporting To The Branch Manager, You Will

Using your technical experience, work to become a trusted consultant, problem solver and first call for your customers
Deliver solutions-based proposals and products to address customer needs and goals
Operate independently and with support of Motion Specialists and Shop Services teams
Call on established customers to support and grow the business
Consult with site (maintenance, reliability, engineering, procurement) to understand their operational pain points and improvement goals
Drive cost savings, efficiencies and increased safety in the customers operations
Utilize manufacturer representatives to assist in solving customer issues and demonstrations
Learn about Motions diverse product and services offerings
Participate in Motion and manufacturer training
Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
