The role:
As a Purchasing & Process Coordinator, you will support our locations with purchasing, inventory, and order management. You will ensure accurate data, timely purchase orders, and consistent processes across our locations. Working closely with location teams, suppliers, and Finance, you will troubleshoot discrepancies, provide guidance on purchasing procedures, and identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency. Your work will help ensure the right equipment gets where it needs to go, when it needs to be there.

How you will spend your days:
- Purchasing and order management. Prepare, enter, and track purchase orders using an ERP system. Review requests for completeness and accuracy and ensure orders are processed on time.
- Data accuracy. Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, pricing, and shipping information. Research and correct discrepancies in pricing, orders, invoices, and system data.
- Location support. Help location teams understand and follow purchasing and inventory processes. Provide clear guidance on established procedures and support consistent practices across locations.
- Process improvement. Identify and address process errors or non-compliance, help prevent recurring issues, and find opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize costs.
- Collaboration and issue resolution. Work with locations, suppliers, and Finance to resolve purchasing and invoice issues. Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure timely resolution while maintaining positive relationships and adherence to established processes.
What you bring:
- Experience. At least one year of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, retail, healthcare, or a related environment.
- Toolkit. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using an ERP system is considered an asset.
- Education. Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail. You prioritize data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and take a thorough approach to reviewing orders and maintaining records.
- Organization and process management. You have excellent organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage priorities and follow established procedures consistently.
- Interpersonal skills. You communicate clearly, build positive working relationships, and confidently work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
